The group fighting to preserve Lake Maumelle says it will have a hearing in Judge Willard Proctor's court today Sept. 25 to seek to intervene in the settlement of Central Arkansas Water's condemnation suit over Waterview Estates. The intervenors argue that the land had been condemned and was the property of CAW and so the lawsuit was improperly dismissed.
