The heavy equipment is out, unloading larger than life dogs, Indian braves, pelicans and ballet dancers for the weekend's Sculpture at the River Market show and sale. The show and sale is filling both pavilions and the plaza to the north with some 8000 sculptures big and small. Organized by the city and the National Sculptors Guild as both a benefit for Riverfront Park and to build up the appreciation for sculpture in Little Rock, the show kicks off a $100-a-ticket shindig at 6 p.m. tomorrow and will be open to the public Friday through Sunday.
