Priorities

The NLR miracle continues. But you'd think in a city where the mayor freely passes out taxpayer subsidies to wealthy developers, he'd work harder to avoid a reduction in benefits and increase in cost of non-uniformed employees' health insurance. The Levy Project blog has plenty to say about this.
