A downtown comes alive

Here's another WSJ feature with relevance here, on the first new grocery store in downtown Los Angeles in a half-century. It's about how a mix of retail and new condos and apartments can make a moribund area come alive. Sound familiar? We're attracting the new living space, it's the retail that's lagging a bit here.
