Welcoming territory for George W. Bush is hard to find these days. Thus, a hermetically sealed visit to Rogers is on the schedule Monday. A district where the congressman is confident there's no fallout from opposing expanded medical coverage for children of working poor is about as good as it gets for Bush these days. But would he go to Fayetteville, even for an invitation-only event? Somebody might have the moxie there to slip in with a pointed question or two, as happened in a recent Pennsylvania stop. But in Rogers? Nah. Not with Boss Womack in charge of security.

Wait! Postpone tax reform and everything else for a while longer because the Senate is going to try to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act one more time before September ends and while it can do it with the votes of only 50 senators.
