Wetland plans

Posted By on Mon, Oct 22, 2007 at 9:09 AM

Former President Clinton will meet with a private group (and media) tomorrow morning to announce plans for development of the wetlands immediately west of his library in honor of the late construction executive William Clark.

Since I'm guessing Gene Pfeifer probably won't be on the invitation list for the gathering, I'll ask his question now: What about the railroad bridge? How and when will it be restored, as promised, as a pedestrian/bike link to North Little Rock?
