Note to Bob Lancaster: Worst crook nominee

A white female sandwich shop employee in WLR reports robbery by two black males, one of whom assaulted another employee. Oops, female employee apparently doesn't know about surveillance camera. It shows her unplugging phones and tapping till herself. Book her, Dan-o. The search for accomplices continues.

SUSPECT – RACHEL RILEY, W/F, 23409 KANIS ROAD
VICTIM – QUIZNO’S, 12911 CANTRELL ROAD
INCIDENT DATE/TIME – 10-23-2007 AT 2103 HOURS
INCIDENT LOCATION – 12911 CANTRELL ROAD
ARREST DATE/TIME – 10-24-2007 AT 1720 HOURS
ARREST LOCATION – 12911 CANTRELL ROAD
 
On 10-23-2007 officers responded to an aggravated robbery at the Quizno’s located at 12911 Cantrell and made contact with Rachel Riley an employee.  Riley advised that when she opened the back door of the business to take a smoke break, two black males rushed in the door. She advised one suspect forced her to the front of the business.  The other suspect rushed another employee, and struck him several times in the head and mouth. The suspects took money from the register and tip jar and then fled out the rear door of the business. The employee that was assaulted stated that one wore a scream style mask and was armed with a small revolver type handgun.  The other suspect wore a gorilla style mask and was armed with a black semi automatic pistol.   The employee was transported to the Baptist Medical Center and treated for a fractured right cheekbone and eye socket. 
 
On 10-24-2007 Rachel Riley, employee, was arrested after surveillance video of the robbery showed her unplugging the phones and then taking money from the business.  Riley was charged with Aggravated Robbery and Battery 1st Degree. Detectives are working to identify her accomplices in the robbery. The video is evidence and not releasable at this time.
