Drink up

I understand a Pulaski County judge today ruled that Sam's Club may keep its liquor store adjacent to its new store in Fayetteville. Retail liquor dealers who opposed the permit will undoubtedly appeal to the Arkansas Supreme Court.

My position is this: The judge in this case has never been wrong.
