Effective sex ed

Thirteen states have now rejected federal funding for abstinence-only programs, Planned Parenthood says. In 2006, Arkansas accepted $2 million for these programs. It is a waste. The programs prevent teaching of useful information about birth control and health-saving information about transmission of disease. Arkansas is 10th in the nation in teen pregnancies.
