Lame excuses

Posted By on Mon, Nov 12, 2007 at 6:25 PM

I have been in LR since this morning, but I've been catching up on other jobs. Sorry. Feel free to chime in as the spirit moves, but I guess, on a govt. holiday, things have been slow.

Hey, I rode the subway/train from downtown Chicago to O'Hare this morning. I think it's about 17 miles. It cost $2. It took about 40 minutes and the train zipped past clogged rush hour traffic along the way (of course, the train did have to stop periodically). The walk from the station to the American ticket counter was surprisingly short. I'd like to see a rail line to our airport someday, as long as we're dreaming.

And what happened to fall while I was gone?
