Huck's surge UPDATE

Posted By on Thu, Nov 15, 2007 at 10:47 AM

Heading to victory in Iowa.

Unless enough people watch Fox News and learn how he distorts the truth.

Independent fact checkers say Huckabee is telling a half-truth on his tax record.

And then there are some who might be a touch uneasy about his defense of the prosperity gospel evangelical jetsetters, the Copelands.

UPDATE: Fun Arkie fact. Mrs. Copeland of the rich evangelical couple, is a Howard County gal and the Copelands sometimes fly the Learjet down to their rural retreat near Center Point (known locally as the Holy Land.) They have a landing strip and a swank cabin behind iron gates on the road between Murfreesboro and Center Point. The Copelands are sometimes seen cruising Nashville on a matching set of giant Honda motorcycles.
