Good substitute

PSC Chairman Paul Suskie will take a leave of absence to serve a tour with the National Guard's 39th Infantry Brigade in Iraq, Gov. Mike Beebe announced today. In the interim, former Supreme Court Justice David Newbern will serve in Suskie's position. Good pick. Newbern was in the minority on the 2-1 decision to approve the SWEPCO coal-fired power plant. Colette Honorable will be interim chairman.
