Death Star rising

Reports from supporters of a land use procedure for rural Pulaski County -- this to protect the Lake Maumelle watershed -- is that Perry County's prince of darkness, Sen. Bob Johnson, will be on hand to bloviate against the proposal. His interest is not clean water, but unfettered development. Will the Pulaski JPs be directed by their own or by an outside interloper who has proven his lack of respect for the watershed? The meeting is at 6 p.m.
