Enough with the middle ground

Paul Krugman in Slate: Forget about labels, most Americans have a liberal mindset on important issues such as health care. Democrats should cater to that, not the pundit-preferred middle. (Where Jim Hightower famously said you find only a yellow stripe and dead skunks. Or was it a dead armadillo?)
