Victims Voice, the independent political committee set up by Arkansas Republican Keith Emis, is airing a new ad in South Carolina, the next important battleground state, about Mike Huckabee's advocacy of freedom for rapist and killer Wayne Dumond. The ad again features the mother of a Missouri woman raped and killed by Dumond.

Emis still won't comment about contributors to the committee. He'll file his first report at the end of this month, he tells me.

Wayne is definitely back.
