Score one for the cops. An LRPD release:

At 2:30 p.m. a female entered the Fletcher Library at Buchanan and H Street and robbed the clerk of a very small amount of money. The robber also took the purse of a patron who was in the library. The female fled the business on foot. Officer Kaward Jolly of the LRPD was in the library off-duty studying for the sergeant's test on Tuesday when the robbery took place. He chased the female and with the help of a passing motorist he was able to take the female in to custody.

Suspect: Yochechi Mangrum, 20.
