After a long period of acrimony, a lawsuit between the Academics Plus Charter School and its former director, Caroline Proctor, has been settled. She’ll get $25,000. The school will drop its counterclaim. She led the school for four years, but was fired by the school board in 2005 over management issues. Here’s the settlement.
