Support your local blogger

Posted By on Sun, Mar 2, 2008 at 6:11 AM

David Manes, a Harding University junior, is one of three national finalists in a scholarship contest for political bloggers.

Go to his blog, Political Cartel, and look for the link to vote for David.

Why?

1) All politics is local. He's a Democrat, up against a Republican from Yale.

2) In a quick scan of his blog posts, I note the phrase "ridiculously low severance tax."

Good enough for my vote.
