The race ahead for Democrats

Posted By on Wed, Mar 5, 2008 at 9:28 AM

Josh Marshall at Talking Points Memo has been shading things pretty consistently in favor of Barack Obama in recent weeks. His lefty blog does reporting, but it draws conclusions and opines, too, just as this blog does. He endeavors to call them as he sees them -- from his perspective, of course. He's generally seen more to like about Obama than Hillary Clinton, whether personally, stylistically or organizationally. That's important background for this post last night, which is probably the fairest, best analysis yet of how Democrats will choose their nominee, given the seemingly obvious fact that neither candidate will reach Denver with the delegates to win the nomination outright.
