A Hot Springs native proudly e-mails us the news that a news service has compiled the 10 best St. Patrick's Day parades in the United States and one of them is -- ta da -- in Hot Springs. It's also the shortest. But clearly the most fun per inch. Not just the parade itself, but the mini Kiss act that will be headliners, Monday, March 17.
