Speaking of hypocrites

Posted By on Mon, Mar 10, 2008 at 1:39 PM

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer is in a world of hurt.

He's had his news conference. He apologized. But he did not resign. And he did not take questions about his alleged patronizing of a fancy prostitution ring. He said he would  be back with the press in "short order," which could mean that his reported resignation still could be in the offing.

NY Sun says the Emperors Club prostitution ring charged on a sliding scale up to $5,500 an hour.
