Prosecutors have decided to drop their appeal of a judge’s ruling that allowed thief Tom Coughlin pay for his crime of stealing $400,000 from Wal-Mart by making him go to fancy fund-raisers. Iconoclast decided to do a little comparing of the sentence of the former Wal-Mart vice chairman and mere mortals.
