Green day

This is the advertisement that will begin appearing on television tomorrow from the non-profit group, an alliance that includes former Vice President Al Gore.

A NY group called the Competitive Enterprise Institute, which claims to be sensitive to the needs of the third world, will counterattack with ads starting Thursday. They'll air during the Washington Nationals baseball games (but not in LR) because, a spokesman said, “We think that a sport played regularly under floodlights has fans who'll appreciate the importance of electricity.” Play ball! The link to CEI's ad, which includes a weird footnote that the Rural Electric Co-ops censored it, is here.
