Secure Arkansas, the anti-immigrant ad hoc group, has resubmitted a proposed punitive ballot initiative. Attorney General Dustin McDaniel nixed an earlier proposal. The new proposal is said to have expanded definitions and explanations. That's a double-edged sword in the initiative battle Specificity is good, but a lot more words in ballot titles aren't necessarily, based on previous court opinions.
