Dillard's details

Posted By on Tue, Apr 22, 2008 at 9:04 AM

Arkansas Business has details on Dillard's annual proxy statement.  No bonuses for Dillard's execs this year (but, not to worry, the family execs all still knocked down seven-figure take-homes counting pension and stock.) There are details, too, about the proxy fight with a hedge fund. The news here seems to be that, in making way for some outside directors with expertise to offer the ailing retailer, that some old hands won't be returning to the directors' lineup, including former U.S. Reps. John Paul Hammerschmidt and J.C. Watts.

No Glasgow/CDI news.
