Special airport privileges

Posted By on Mon, Apr 28, 2008 at 11:31 AM

Little Rock National Airport has distributed a news release bragging about the number of people who've signed up (paid, in other words) to use the Clear lane at the airport for expedited passage through security screening.

Thanks for the reminder. I may be the lone sorehead on this, but it galls me that a public agency is selling special treatment, for a profit, for passage through a publicly financed security mechanism. Let them eat cake.
