Argenta News, which marks the sparrow's fall in North Little Rock, does a little investigating and finds that Valentine's restaurant at the ballpark apparently has a sweetheart deal to use a public street for its private parking. (I don't think Scott Miller will mind that I borrowed his photo.)

Speaking of restaurants: Argenta News reports farther on down the link I've given that a Faded Rose, or similar, will be built at Sixth and Main, NLR.
