NEWS FLASH: The Benton County jail inmate who's dropped 100 pounds in confinement and complained that he's being starved to death, has been caught trying to give another inmate a bologna sandwich. The Morning News has every last detail, down to the condiment (mustard), on the sandwich. Here's our earlier coverage, with photo.

    One of the booths at this week's Ark-La-Tex Medical Cannabis Expo was hosted by the Arkansas Hemp Association, a trade group founded to promote and expand non-intoxicating industrial hemp as an agricultural crop in the state.
