The myth of vote fraud

It happens, but so rarely and in such small numbers that it has virtually no impact on elections. It's mostly raised by Republicans to suppress minority votes. Want some evidence? Try this on a long and intensive and highly publicized investigation (link updated) in Texas by a Republican prosecutor that turned up a bare handful of cases of fraud -- coincidentally all involving either blacks or Hispanics.
