Drive time signage

Motoring down West Markham this morning, I was prompted to remember that, among the duties of Little Rock's environmental court, is prosecution of people who post flyers and signs on public structures and right of way.

Prompt: A big Mark Leverett sign on the public pedestrian overpass in front of the schools for blind and deaf. Mark Leverett is running to be judge of environmental court.
