But this is western Arkansas …. (Thought: If the sharpshooter could shoot to kill with impunity — so far the man has survived his wounds, however — perhaps we are not far from the return of necktie parties on the range.) Whatever else, police are already quite clear that the alleged gas thief will be charged.
