Four-day work week

Posted By on Wed, Jun 25, 2008 at 6:35 AM

Sen. Tracy Steele continues to push for more four-day work weeks for state employees. I confess concern, as Gov. Beebe did, about the impact on offices that need to operate five days a week. (And some states operate their revenue offices on Saturday, too, to help working people. Though if hours were extended into the evening on week days at more offices, that would help.)

Look, the Great Campus Rape Crisis was mainly hype all along. What Vice President Joe Biden described as an epidemic of sexual violence sweeping American college campuses in 2011 was vastly overstated.
