High profile for Heifer

Posted By on Thu, Jul 3, 2008 at 6:13 AM

Another Heifer International success story is detailed in Nicholas Kristof's column in today's New York Times. It's about a Ugandan girl, a recent graduate of Connecticut College, whose life was changed dramatically by help that began with a gift of a Heifer project goat to her struggling family. She's heading next to the Clinton School of Public Service to earn a master's degree. Feel-good story of the day.
