Has Borat struck in Arkansas?

Posted By on Mon, Jul 7, 2008 at 4:48 PM

Sounds like Texarkana and Fort Smith may have been stages for a new Borat movie.

Beered-up locals who thought they were paying to see a bloody cage match became enraged when male wrestlers began stripping and kissing on each other. Film crews caught the action. Sound like a setup to you?

Sacha Baron Cohen isn't talking.

But Smoking Gun offers info on the coming Cohen movie project:

The new film stars another of Cohen's creations, Bruno, a gay Austrian journalist who interviews subjects about fashion and entertainment. It is reportedly titled, "Brüno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Males Visibly Uncomfortable in the Presence of a Gay Foreigner in a Mesh T-Shirt."
