Helena mayor fights back

Helena-West Helena Mayor James Valley, under fire for handling of the city dog pound, is fighting back. He wants charges against a Monticello Humane Society activist for, he says, cutting the lock on the dog shelter and taking animals, among others. Maybe they'll both have days in court.
