More water applicants

Add Little Rock lawyers Chris Corbitt and Richard Downing and retiree Charles Dudley, whose past work includes 20 years as an operator for the North Little Rock Water Department, to the applicant list for an opening on the Central Arkansas Water Commission. Former city director Larry Lichty of Little Rock and Letreshe Hence, a Teachers Retirement System employee, were the first to write. I somehow missed Hence's letter last week when I mentioned Lichty's.
