The Dogtown Wire, NLR’s new on-line news outlet, has another interesting exclusive today. In providing former mayor and Chamber of Commerce leader Terry Hartwick a prime spot to build a hangar at the North Little Rock Airport, the Airport Commission took away four airplane parking spaces. FAA says they must be replaced. Who will pay? Duh. Taxpayers, most likely.
