ACLU warns Mayor Valley

We told you yesterday about Helena-West Helena Mayor James Valley institution of an "emergency curfew" in a crime-ridden portion of his fair city. No hanging out. No riding lawn mowers. Indiscriminate police stops. Etc. Helena Daily World here.

Wait just a darn minute, mayor, says the ACLU. This kind of thing is unconstitutional.
