It's lunchtime!

Weightwatchers.com has a Q&A with UCA Executive Chef Robert Hall (seen above), who was part of the small army of chefs who traveled to Beijing to help prepare meals for Team America during the Olympic Games. Also at the link -- and just in time to make that burger, bowl of soup or vending machine Pop Tart you're having for lunch taste really, really mediocre -- are Hall's recipes for Chinese cabbage with almonds, braised tilapia, and vegetable stir-fry.
