Voters salute multi-tasking

A round of tracking polls suggests McCain's debate stunt didn't help him much with voters. Various bloggers have noted that McCain pulled the disappearing debater act in 2000, too.

Judgment. It matters. Health, too. And even if Bill O'Reilly has bullied MSNBC into dropping independent ads calling on McCain to release medical records, it doesn't take a genius to be aware there are legitimate questions to be answered about the health of a 72-year-old cancer sufferer and former POW, particularly when the Katherine Harris of 2008 is waiting in the wings to sub for him.
