Return of trickle-down

It's impossible to say where the matter will end, but it's dismaying outrageous to read some of the things that conservative House Republicans think should be elements in a financial bailout: 1) investment tax cuts, which primarily benefit the rich; 2) tax credits for the wealthy; 3) more financial deregulation; 4) no relief on mortgage rates for homeowners facing bankruptcy. Priorities are priorities.
