Another judge in hot water?

Posted By on Fri, Oct 10, 2008 at 2:28 PM

The state Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission met today. There may be news of yet another judge facing disciplinary proceedings. A high-profile Pulaski County case, that of Circuit Judge Willard Proctor and his problem-plagued Cycle Breakers probation program, has been under investigation there for some time. If the commission reaches a decision today to consider a disciplinary action it typically takes several days for the file to be prepared for public release.
