The ACORN myth

 McClatchy reporting -- should facts matter to you -- knocks down the Republican myth that government loan programs pushed by radical groups like ACORN to help poor and minority borrowers were responsible for the mortgage melt-down. Not so.

That photo? It was taken at a 2006 ACORN event in Florida where McCain was guest of honor.
