Early voting

John Brummett provides another easy-to-follow guide on the multiple ballot issues that will confront voters this year. I'm down the line with him in voting, if not in enthusiasm on one of them, the lottery.

(It has occurred to me that a "No" vote on everything, a frequent refuge of the confused, is an option that won't do harm to a single person or thing this election year. Just saying.)
