The races for legislature

The Arkansas legislature will remain overhwhelmingly Democratic no matter what happens Nov. 4. But the Republican Party thinks it can pick up seats. Here's the scorecard on races thought to be up for partisan grabs. The Republicans lost seats steadily during the gubernatorial reign of Mike Huckabee. Will the reverse be true in the era of Democratic Gov. Mike Beebe. He's making an effort to prevent that.
