Easy money

The Federal Reserve cut its lending rate to 1 percent. The market is generally static at the expected news.

So, what do you think? Should I go in and borrow a bunch against home equity and take a big plunge in the stock market to recoup my IRA losses? Market can't go any lower, can it?

BELATED PS: I'm joking, in a black-humor sort of way. Whatever I do, new debt isn't part of the plan.
