Just noticed this news on KTHV on the drinking front: a petition drive to have a vote on alcohol sales in Clark County, home of OBU, has been foiled by a court challenge of petition signatures. The Supreme Court ruling that votes may not be counted apparently came Friday. Here’s the ruling. The biggest problem was use of signatures by people not registered to votge.
