Electoral vote prediction

Add John Brummett's symbolic entry to our contest for the person who can come closest to predicting the winner and electoral vote Tuesday.

He provides a state-by-state prediction before naming Obama, with 311 electoral votes.

    One of the booths at this week's Ark-La-Tex Medical Cannabis Expo was hosted by the Arkansas Hemp Association, a trade group founded to promote and expand non-intoxicating industrial hemp as an agricultural crop in the state.
