Cue some Wagner for Bush's traveling music. The number of jobless hit a 25-year high. And that wasn't all the bad economic news. Meanwhile, Sen. Patrick Leahy has warned the Bushies, and particularly Cheney, not to fire up the paper shredder before departing.
