Several regular readers with rich records of commenting on the Blog are reporting difficulties with Type Pad, which has taken over from Type Key as the backend service provider on the blog. It is out of reach of our trouble-shooting.

I tried myself. I thought I’d signed in, but I couldn’t post a comment. I shut down my browser, restarted and tried again on a fresh loading of the Arkansas Blog page. I was able to sign in then. Whether this works for all, I can’t say.

I’m sorry about the difficulties. I’ve accommodated a couple of readers by posting comments for them. On a mass basis, clearly, I can’t do that for long.
